Quiet Sky AI provides educational digital products and an automated website analysis tool (the "Free AI Visibility Scan") designed to help businesses understand and improve how their website is discovered and cited by AI systems such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity. Quiet Sky AI is an education and information-products business - we do not provide ongoing monitoring, consulting, or managed services unless separately agreed in writing.
The Free AI Visibility Scan, the AI Visibility Fix-It Guide, the Templates Pack, and the AEO Course are provided for informational and educational purposes. We do not guarantee that implementing our recommendations will result in any specific outcome, including but not limited to increased visibility, citations, traffic, or sales from AI systems or search engines. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including third-party AI systems that we do not own or operate.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices for our Services are listed at checkout and are subject to change at any time before you complete a purchase. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the applicable digital product.
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] and we will review your request.
You agree not to misuse the Site or Services, including by attempting to interfere with their normal operation, submitting a website you do not have permission to analyze for improper purposes, or using the Free AI Visibility Scan to abuse, overload, or scrape our systems.

When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publicly republish our products or their contents without our prior written permission.
Quiet Sky AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, or any other AI provider referenced on our Site. References to these systems are for descriptive purposes only, to explain what our audit tool evaluates.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quiet Sky AI and Studio Lockdown LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, including any loss of business, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
